Winkels wat verder weg, niet op loopafstand. Handig om eten/drinken bij je te hebben.

Walking from... read more the campsite to the lake, or a steep climb to a point with a beautiful view over Snowdonia. Quiet, no traffic like we saw at Mount Snowdon. Shops a bit further away, not within walking distance. Handy to have food and drinks with you.

We stayed... read more here in our campervan for one night as we were passing through. If we'd had more time we would have stayed longer. The showers and toilets are dated but functional. The family who own the farm are friendly and welcoming especially Tomas who helped us find a pitch. Online booking was straightforward and quick, payment is on arrival. Booking must be made before arrival.

It was a shame there was terrible weather when I... read more was there as I imagine sitting outside with a cuppa and looking at that view in the sunshine would be the closest thing to heaven I could imagine. I was met on arrival by a lovely chap who gave me some advice about where to pitch and the layout of the site. It’s a back to basics campsite with all your regular amenities- toilets, showers (you need a token you can buy from the site manager), washing up area, drinking water etc. Do be aware that you’re essentially on the side of a mountain, so finding somewhere completely flat may be tricky. I was in a campervan and on a bit of a wonk, but certainly not enough of an issue to deter me from staying there. Ive stayed at 7 sites so far on this north wales tour and this has been my favourite in terms of views. Utterly stunning

Came here for a 2 night stay, the site is very big with lots of spots to pitch up. We drive in parked and then went to the farm house... read more to book in. Very easy, and they take card which is great! Had amazing views during the first night! The site is in a valley so lots of lovely views (would recommend miggie spray or candle in the evenings as got bitted quite abit!) Second night we got hit by 30mph winds, so would recommend pitching nearer a wall or down the valley abit more if wind is predicted as some spots on the site not protected! But that’s just nature for ya Toilets and showers are basic, but this was expected, it’s £1 for a 5 min shower which is long enough really, just prepare your clothes and washing stuff ready before putting the coin in! Would come here again definitely

Amazing spot in a valley looking right at snowdon with a Lake right next to the campsite. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Very good price too.

Best campsite we have been to in a long time. Customer interaction was warm and welcoming. The site is cleaned every day . The staff are lovely and will chat... read more with you , they will even guide you with the best places to go. We had 5 of us in total 3 tents and 1 roof tent, we all camped together overlooking a beautiful lake. The ground is spacious, the facilities are cleaned a couple times a day. They had off ground fire pitches so you can still enjoy a bbq whilst saving the nature from burning. We had a laugh with one of the gentleman who worked and lived on the farm/campsite especially when their dog feasted on two burgers at 12pm at night😂. He was genuinely lovely and loved our poster we made as a joke for this old female dog. Who by the way is adorable. The lake is a 5 minute walk from the site perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding or just plain old fun. Right near Mount Snowdon too 🗻 Honestly i could not thank the staff enough for accommodating us all and making my birthday so special. We will return soon!

Great place. Don't expect too much from the sanitary facilities. It really has charm, but if you like luxury, you should skip this one. We stayed here for two nights.
